Mason Dixon Spice LLC started manufacturing Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, barbecue sauce and salsa’s in 2000

After Hurricane Katrina we have changed our company into four different divisions Mason Dixon Spice which provides a unique private label program, co-packing and distributing a full line of products to small and medium sized restaurants.

Our other divisions are Chef Mason Brand Products, Bad Ass Pepper Company and we are proud to announce our newest additions B.A.Peppers Grill N’ Café, B.A.Peppers Express ( po-boy shop / Cajun food) and our B.A.Peppers Night Spot where we have live music and comedy on a weekly basis.

Chef Mason is our name brand product line. We carry a full line of Seasoning and Fry mixes such as our Thunder Struck, Thunder Struck Extreme, Piglet Rib Rub, Mississippi Grilling Rub, Cajun Season Salt, No Salt Seasoning, Crab Boil, Crawfish Boil, Fish Fry and Chicken fry mixes.

Our BBQ Sauces include Harold’s Mississippi Mud (coffee bbq) yes you read it right, Piglet (pineapple whiskey), Orange Bayou Pecan (made with fresh pecans) Honey Pineapple and our Extreme BBQ Sauce Swamp Gas ( sweet and heat comes from the chunks of Red Savina® Habanero Peppers).

Our Gourmet Hot Sauces are made from the mild Cayenne to the Extreme heat of the Red Savina® Habanero Pepper, We carry a full line of Salsas like Cajun, Southwest and our unique Roasted Garlic/ Olive Salsa, With a line of Honey, Chipoltle, Jalapeño, Habanero and Cajun Mustards you are bound to find one that fits your taste, Our Steak Sauces and Glazes are second to none!

Bad Ass Pepper Company is our unique hot sauce division. Here you can purchase our  B.A.Peppers Grill N’ Café products and all of our non-politically correct labels like Confederate Hell Fire, Pit Bull, Hardtail Express, Eradicator, Packing Heat Etc.

We have a wide range of Cajun cuisine, barbeque ribs, slow smoked brisket, hand cut steaks, fresh gulf seafood, burgers and never forget those great authentic New Orleans style po-boys.

Our brisket and ribs never sit in a cooler for days they are slow smoked for eight to sixteen hours twice a day over a mixture of woods for that great Smokey flavor.

We have franchising available for our B.A.Peppers Grill N’ Café, B.A. Peppers Night Spot (live music and comedy) and our B.A.Peppers Expresses a scaled down version of our main restaurant.
